What is it about?

This Ongoing Education provides trainings, provider education and technical assistance specific to Assisted Living Service Option Providers regarding Consumer-Focused Quality Care Reviews including Home and Community Based (HCB) Settings requirements. We will highlight the following:

  • Person-Centered Planning and Service Delivery
  • Consumer-Focused Quality Care Review Tool and Review Processes
  • Community Integration Planning
  • Person-Centered Service Plan goals and implementation
  • Member Records
  • Updates and Changes

NOTE: This is NOT a certification training

Who should attend?

ADvantage Assisted Living Provider staff and ADvantage Assisted Living certified Case Managers, Case Manager Supervisors, and case management Continuous Quality Improvement Managers.

Why should I attend?

Providers must meet and maintain 100% compliance with the CMS rules for HCB Settings. ADvantage will provide ongoing training to answer questions, provide guidance and give tools that will assist in maintaining compliance with these rules and ADvantage requirements.
