Consumer-Directed Personal Services and Supports (CDPASS) Member Training

What is it about?

The ADvantage team designed our CDPASS service option training to be Member-centered. The ADvantage program assists people with long-term care needs in staying in their homes and communities. When a Member chooses CDPASS, Members/employers make and direct decisions regarding their personal care services. They choose their employees, and where, when, and how they perform tasks in the service plan.
Members act as employers of personal services assistants (PSAs), complete with an Employer Identification Number (EIN) from the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). CDPASS Members agree to comply with the Federal Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) requirement. They recruit, hire, train, and supervise. However, there is so much more to learn and know to be successful on CDPASS. This training will inform Members about CDPASS and answer any questions that are generated.

Who should attend?

Registration for this training is primarily open to ADvantage Members on CDPASS or those Members who are interested in CDPASS, Member Workers, and friends or families interested in CDPASS.
